Planning a Wedding?

We have several different options for weddings depending on your guest count and whether you are having the ceremony and reception at our venue, or just the ceremony or reception only.

For weddings with 75 guests or more, we suggest utilizing our entire ballroom. This allows you to use one side of the ballroom for the ceremony and the other side for your reception. All rates includes tables, chairs, two bridal suites, and access to our beautiful outdoor terrace that is connected to the ballroom. If you would like to "dance the night away", we can make our dance floor available for an additional fee.

We have Proof of the Pudding as our exclusive caterer with an on-site chef to work with you on the perfect menu for your reception. Our Proof of the Pudding Sales Manager is available at ssilvera@proofpudding.com or 678-449-3120.

Welcome Bags

The Douglasville Convention & Visitors Bureau provides complimentary welcome bags for group events with hotel reservations made at a Douglasville hotel. Welcome bags include promotional items and Douglasville visitor and attraction information. A personalized welcome letter from the City of Douglasville mayor is also available upon request for welcome bags. Welcome bags must be requested at least two weeks prior to event date with confirmed hotel information.
